There is no rental charge for any of our private rooms provided that your group meets the Food and Beverage Minimum revenue for that particular room. All parties OVER 15 must be private and are subject to all private party requirements. In the event that the total food and beverage amount spent does not meet the minimum revenue requirement, the difference will be charged as a room rental fee.
- Groups of 8 or more guests are required to be on one check.
- Groups of 12 or more guests are required to order from Schlesingers Group Menus.
- 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 8 or more.
- Food and beverage minimums vary depending on time of day, day of week, and size of room.
